Marikina Valley Medical Center now a PhilHealth CABG Z-Benefit Accredited Hospital

Marikina Valley Medical Center (MVMC) proudly announces its latest milestone as a PhilHealth Z-Benefit accredited hospital for Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), expanding its capability to deliver affordable, life-saving cardiovascular procedures to more Filipinos. With this significant development, MVMC strengthens its commitment in providing accessible and compassionate care to patients needing heart surgeries in East NCR especially those residing in Marikina and Rizal province.

Since the opening of MVMC’s Heart and Vascular Center in 2020, the hospital has endeavored to provide patients access to high quality angiogram and angioplasty procedures through its Heartfelt Program. With the hospital’s recent CABG Z-Benefit accreditation, Philhealth will cover as much as Php 550,000 for member patients needing a coronary bypass surgery that usually costs over a million pesos, effectively reducing the cost of procedure by half.
