This was revealed by Sen. Risa Hontiveros during the Senate subcommittee on justice and human rights’ hearing delving into Guo’s “escape” and the cancellation of the dismissed Bamban mayor’s Philippine passport.

Two days later, Alice, Shiela, and Ong followed Wesley to Indonesia.
Following this exposé, Hontiveros bared that all of these individuals presented Philippine passports before Indonesian Immigration.
“Yes, they have no shame. They used Philippine passports. I note that this would not have been possible if Alice Guo’s Philippine passport was immediately cancelled following the fingerprint match with Guo Hua Ping who is clearly not Filipino,” Hontiveros said in a mix of English and Filipino.
Apart from Alice, her family members Shiela, Wesley, Jian Zhong Guo, Seimen, and her mother Wen Yi Lin are likewise subject to the Senate’s arrest order for refusing to appear in the committee on women’s hearing on July 10.
