MANILA, Philippines — Two Vietnamese were arrested in Pasay City on Tuesday morning for allegedly threatening a bar customer using their illegally possessed firearm, according to the Southern Police District (SPD).
In a report, the SPD identified the foreigners by their aliases Van, 26, and Huang, 23. The two were apprehended along Roxas Boulevard in Barangay 76, Zone 10, around 3 a.m.
Based on the investigation, police received a report from complainant “Truong,” also Vietnamese, saying that the two suspects threatened him by showing their gun while inside the bar.

SPD said its Pasay Station Intelligence Section operatives and other personnel patrolling the area responded to the report and collared the suspects.
Confiscated from them were a pistol loaded with three pieces of ammunition (with no license to own and possess firearms) and one small sachet containing white suspected crystal meth or shabu, worth P10,200.
They are currently detained at the Pasay Headquarters pending the filing of complaints against them.
