MANILA, Philippines — One of the two severely injured Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) in the deadly Kuwait fire is now in stable condition, Department of Migrant Workers chief Hans Leo Cacdac said on Friday.
However, Cacdac said the other OFW remains in the ICU but has shown “signs of improvement.”
“Re: our two OFWs injured in the Kuwait fire, one who was in ICU then transferred to a hospital ward has been released and is now in company accommodation,” Cacdac said in a post of X (formerly Twitter).
