PH mourns Iran President’s death
MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines, through the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), conveyed its sincerest condolences to the people and government of the Islamic Republic of Iran for the passing of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi.
“We offer our prayers to their families and loved ones as they mourn this tragic incident,” said DFA in a statement.

Raisi died in a helicopter crash on Monday. He was 63.
Along with him were Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian, governor of East Azerbaijan Province Malek Rahmati, and Friday prayer leader of Tabriz Ayatollah Mohammad Ali Ale-Hashem and their companions.
