A baby boy was found inside a parking multicab along Cabreros Street, barangay Basak San Nicolas Cebu City on Dec. 15, 2010 at 4 a.m. by Nicolas “Landy” Cabillo.

The baby was rushed to St. Anthony Mother and Child Hospital in Basak San Nicolas by the barangay tanods and was named Psalm Anthony Coronado by Rosalie Coronado, the hospital’s chief nurse.

The DSWD-7 is requesting the parents and relatives of these minors to see social workers Suchiella Arong and Annalisa Gubalane at the DSWD office on M.J. Cuenco Avenue, Cebu City with telephone number 2338779.
