PM Sunak posted on his official Instagram page the photo of the reception which included the Philippine delegation and shared what’s going on with the “No10 door.”

10 Downing Street vies with the White House as being the most important political building anywhere in the world in the modern era where the most important decisions affecting Britain for the last 275 years were made behind its black door.

In his post, PM Sunak said that this year’s London Tech Week is an important moment for the United Kingdom and one of his top priorities is to grow the economy.

“So, it’s no secret that I want the UK to be the best place in the world to start, grow and invest in a tech business,” the UK PM said in his post.

He shared that he invited 200 CEOs to Downing Street, and No10 transformed its iconic black door with binary code “to show just how committed we are to making the UK an island of innovation” adding that the UK’s door is open to any innovator wanting to grow.

Maclang, representing Digital Pilipinas, now the largest private sector movement for digitalizing key industries in the Philippines, with an extensive reach in ASEAN was selected by His Majesty’s Trade Commissioner Natalie Black CBE to speak and represent doing business and investing in ASEAN and the Philippines, was quoted as saying:

Maclang said: “We look to the UK, one of the major dialogue partners of ASEAN, for its renewed Indo-Pacific commitment especially in the space of Digital Economies. Digital Pilipinas commits to be a most active supporter of the UK’s programs on startup development, cybersecurity, healthtech AI and fintech.”
