Robinsons Malls, through its public service program Lingkod Pinoy Center, strengthens its partnership with the Bureau of Quarantine as it opens its fourth satellite office in Robinsons Cagayan de Oro.

The BOQ satellite offices at Robinsons Malls aim to provide convenient and immediate assistance to Overseas Filipino Workers, seafarers, and individuals travelling abroad who need to process their ICV or International Certificate of Vaccination also known as the Yellow Card, a certification recognized by World Health Organization.
Processing of ICV or International Certificate of Vaccination is now made easy through accessible satellite offices located in Robinsons Malls.
The BOQ at Robinsons Cagayan de Oro targets to process at least 100 transactions daily providing a wider reach of municipalities in Northern Mindanao. Applicants simply need to visit www.icv.boq.ph, accomplish the online registration, prepare documentary requirements and proceed to Robinsons Malls following the scheduled appointment date.

To date, the Bureau of Quarantine has (4) satellite offices in Robinsons Malls including Robinsons Place Manila, Robinsons Galleria Cebu and Robinsons Place Tacloban. New satellite offices will soon open at Robinsons Place Tuguegarao and Robinsons Galleria Ortigas.
