Robinsons Malls Lingkod Pinoy Center has forged an agreement with the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) to provide immediate assistance to seafarers, Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and those who need to process their International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV) also known as the Yellow Card.

Through the partnership, BOQ will open satellite branches in Robinsons Galleria Cebu on September 27 and Robinsons Place Manila on September 28. BOQ satellite office will also open in Robinsons Galleria soon.  Each Mall is expected to accommodate over 500 transactions per day.

BOQ satellite office in Robinsons Galleria Cebu will be open from Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm and 9am – 4pm on Saturday.  Robinsons Place Manila BOQ satellite office will be open Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.

The ICV, an official vaccination report recognized by the World Health Organization, is now a prerequisite to travel documents.  BOQ grants ICVs to individuals who have been inoculated with the following COVID jabs recognized by WHO: Pfizer, AstraZeneca, J&J, Moderna, Sinopharm and Sinovac.

To apply, one needs to book an appointment online at www.icv.boq.ph and pay P370 for the booklet and processing.  Payment can be done over-the-counter via LBC or 7-Eleven, and through online payments via GCash or PayMaya. Credit card payments and online bank payments are also accepted.  On the day of your appointment, applicant has to show their original passport, vaccination card and QR code along with receipt of payment. Once processed, applicant will wait for the printing of his booklet.

Aside from the issuance of the Yellow Card, BOQ services also include administration of vaccines for yellow fever, polio, cholera, meningococcous and flu vaccines.
