MANILA, Philippines — Over 200 more Filipinos were brought home from Macau, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) reported Friday.

The DFA said the Filipinos were repatriated on August 3, bringing the total number of Filipinos brought home from Macau to 3,995.

“Tuloy-tuloy po ang assistance ng Consulate sa lahat ng Pilipino sa Macau na nais umuwi ng Pilipinas,” Philippine Consulate General in Macau Porfirio Mayo Jr. said in a statement.

(The assistance given by the Consulate for all Filipinos in Macau who want to go home to the Philippines will continue.)

According to the DFA, the Consulate in Macau has organized twenty repatriation flights since March 2020 to bring home Filipinos negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The DFA said Filipinos in Macau who want to return to the Philippines could register their details through the website, https://tinyurl.com/repatMacau.
