Globe, in partnership with the Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation (PDRF), is one of thirteen other corporations to voice its commitment and collaboration to the Ingat Angat Bakuna Lahat campaign.
National Task Force (NTF) Against COVID-19 Chief Implementer and Vaccine Czar Secretary Carlito Galvez, and Deputy Chief Implementer for the NTF Secretary Vince Dizon expressed their appreciation for the private sector’s relentless support and participation in the national government’s vaccination program.
“We are hopefully at the tail end of this battle as we start vaccinating more and more Filipinos. We are confident that with the private sector’s help, we are able to achieve the target of having a better Christmas this year,” Galvez said.
Globe is in full support of the government and private institutions’ efforts to roll out the vaccines for all Filipinos. It also calls on the public’s support and participation to get fully inoculated to realize economic recovery.
“We are one with the government and other private institutions in supporting the national vaccine program. In the Filipino spirit of bayanihan, our collective efforts will set us on our journey to recovery,” said Issa Guevarra-Cabreira, Globe’s Chief Commercial Officer.
Cabreira also stressed that Globe will continue to provide products and services that uplift the lives of its customers as the pandemic rages. Among these are life-enabling products such as KonsultaMD, GInsure, and GCredit.
“We commend T3’s programs encouraging Filipinos to get vaccinated against COVID-19 so we can reopen our economy and be on our way to recovery. For our part, we are committed to bringing more innovations that will empower each and every Filipino and allow us to combat this crisis together,” Cabreira added.
Apart from Globe, other corporations that rally behind PDRF’s campaign are: BDO, Cebu Pacific, Food Panda, Goldilocks, ICTSI, Jollibee, McDonalds, Megaworld, 711, SM Supermalls, Smart, Unilab, and Zuellig Pharma.
