3 new Covid-19 related deaths recorded among Filipinos abroad — DFA
MANILA, Philippines — Three new Covid-19 related cases among Filipinos living abroad have been recorded, the Department of Foreign Affairs announced on its Twitter account Saturday.
The new deaths were from countries within Asia and the Pacific and the Americas and have pushed the total tally to 1,012 among Filipinos overseas.
There were also four new Covid-19 cases while seven patients have recovered from the virus.
The DFA has recorded a total of 14,791 confirmed cases, 9,301 recoveries, and 4,478 patients undergoing treatment.
Saturday’s death toll was the lowest in three days after the DFA recorded 11 fatalities on Friday and nine on Thursday.
The new cases were also the lowest in three days with the DFA tallying 28 on Friday and 80 on Thursday.
