MANILA, Philippines — Another Filipino in Hong Kong has tested positive for coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the Philippine Consulate General of Hong Kong said Thursday.

The patient is already in isolation and undergoing tests in the hospital, the consulate said, quoting Hong Kong’s Department of Health.

“The Consulate General just spoke to her and ascertained that she is healthy and presently not exhibiting any symptoms. She asked that her identity be kept secret,” the statement read.

The two other Filipinos who tested positive for COVID-19 have already recovered but remained confined in the hospital for further tests, the consulate added.

Confirmed COVID-19 cases in Hong Kong have reportedly reached 100, with two recorded fatalities.
