MANILA, Philippines — Another Filipino in Singapore has tested positive for the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), its health ministry said Monday night.
In an update posted on its website, Singapore’s Ministry of Health said a 34-year-old Filipina domestic worker was the country’s 108th COVID-19 case.

The Filipino patient’s employer also earlier tested positive for the virus.
The ministry said the Filipino domestic worker did not have a travel history to China, Daegu, and Cheongdo in South Korea, where the confirmed cases of the virus have risen, recently.
Singapore’s health ministry said the Filipina was confirmed to have been infected on Monday morning and is currently warded in an isolation room at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital.
The said patient is the third Filipino in Singapore who tested positive for the virus.
