MOSCOW, Russia — President Rodrigo Duterte on Friday led a wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier here.
Duterte, who is on the third day of his visit to Russia, laid a wreath before the monument, which is dedicated to the Soviet soldiers who perished during World War II.
The President was accompanied by his Cabinet secretaries and his former aide, Senator Christopher “Bong” Go.
Since he arrived in Russia, Duterte held separate bilateral talks with Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
