Naga City – Bicol Isarog Transport System, Inc. (BITSI) has launched a loyalty card to give back to the passengers who keep on patronizing its services when traveling to and from its various routes.
Called Go Card, the loyalty card allows passengers of BITSI, Peñafrancia Tours and Travel Transport Inc., and Legaspi St Jude Transport Lines Inc. to accumulate points every time they present the card when buying a bus ticket. Every peso spent is equivalent to one point which members can be used to avail of discounted services from Avenue Plaza and Villa Caceres. Go Card can be purchased for P100 with no expiration date.
Go Card is powered by Globe myBusiness through a supply and delivery agreement for the RFID cards which is an indispensable component of the end-to-end loyalty program envisioned by BITSI.

It also added a sleeper bus which can accommodate up to 20 passengers who can lie down comfortably throughout the duration of the whole trip.
BITSI automated booking terminals and ticketing offices are located in Alabang , Cubao and Pasay in Manila and, Bulan, Caramoan, Irosin, Legaspi, Nabua, Naga, Sorsogon, Tabaco and Virac in the Bicol Province.
