How hard work fueled one woman’s P3 million story of success

Roshelle Abas Correa’s story was ordinary—not until she took a leap forward which helped her earn P3,549,500 in three years and six months. But her story isn’t out of luck. It’s about determination, plus FRONTROW International’s commitment to better the lives of fellow Filipinos.

Correa left her family behind for a job in the UAE. She served as the brand manager of a prestigious electronics company overseas. It wasn’t easy to be away from the people she loved, in a country completely different from the one she grew up in, and in a competitive work environment. She says, What I had in mind was that by being away from them, I’d be able to provide a better life for my son and relatives. Soon enough, her self-sacrificing spirit was about to reward her handsomely.

Little did I know I’d find a bigger opportunity outside employment that would allow me to manage my time freely, spend more time with my family, and travel to places that I could only dream of visiting, said Correa. The opportunity she is talking about is being a part of FRONTROW International distributor family.

Holding on to an honest approach to selling, Correa started as a consumer of FRONTROW‘s health and beauty products. When she became a distributor, the various benefits that FRONTROW gives to their members, including a 50 percent discount on FRONTROW‘s products, helped her on the way to self-employment. At first, Correa couldn’t believe it. I didn’t see myself creating and building an organization by myself, especially in the UAE.

Time only proved to be Correa’s ally as she saw her efforts turn into results. She was able to earn more than she could imagine. In 2018, she became the first Filipina OFW to own a Ferrari in the UAE, but not before receiving recognition for her accumulated P3,549.500 earnings in 2017. It may sound like a fairytale, but Correa got what she earned through persevering through her hardships and doubts. She said, There were times that I almost gave up because its no joke building a team and it took time for people to believe in me. What I hung on to was the motivation I received from my FRONTROW family, mentors, company owners and most of all my faith in God.”

Correa’s story, which now includes trips to the Golden Gate Bridge in California, serves as an inspiration for those who want to get far in life. Believe me, when times get really hard, thats the time you should hang on. Know what it is that you are striving for because after the toughest storm comes a rainbow.

With her faith in herself, her drive to provide only the best for her family, and the smart approach to business as a FRONTROW entrepreneur, Correa is one Filipina to be proud of and to even emulate.
