MANILA, Philippines — The Balangiga Bells are heading home to the Philippines.

“The three Balangiga Bells have departed Okinawa, Japan and are on their way to the Philippines,” said US Embassy spokesperson Molly Koscina on Tuesday.

A US C-130 cargo plane flew the bells to Villamor Air Base in Manila.
