Duterte trip to Kuwait to push through after Sona
President Rodrigo Duterte is bent on visiting Kuwait and the trip is likely to push through after his third State of the Nation Address on July 23, according to Foreign Secretary Alan Peter Cayetano.
The President was invited to visit Kuwait after he ranted against abuses by Kuwaiti employers against Filipino domestic helpers.
