The Bureau of Immigration (BI) is set to deport an American national convicted of illegal drugs and gun possession and is wanted by authorities in California for parole violation.
Immigration Commissioner Jaime Morente said operatives from the bureau’s fugitive search unit arrested Larry John St. Clair, 45, during a recent operation in Dagupan City.
St. Clair, who fled to the country in June 2015 — shortly after a US district court in Eastern California approved his petition for supervised release — was ordered rearrested for violating the conditions of his parole. —Tina G. Santos
