Russian PM Medvedev arrives in Manila
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev arrived in the Philippines on Sunday for the 31st Association of Southeast Nations (Asean) Summit and Related Meetings.
Medvedev’s plane landed on Sunday afternoon at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) in Pasay City.

The prime minister was welcomed by Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello, Malacañang said.
Russia is one of the 21 regional and world leaders to attend the regional bloc summit and is one of the dialogue partners of the Asean. /atm
