Korean drug fugitive nabbed in Pampanga

A Korean national was arrested in an operation in Brgy. Cuayan, Angeles City, Pampanga on Tuesday, the Bureau of Immigration’s (BI) fugitive search unit (FSU) said.

The fugitive, identified as Noh Jun Ho, 45, was arrested in an operation by FSU agents in coordination with Chief Inspector Choi Koya, Liaison Officer, Korean National Police Agency (KNPA), and the Embassy of the Republic of Korea pursuant to MO No. JHM-2017-199 dated October 13, the bureau said.

Citing information from Lee Soo Bok, consul and police attaché of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea, the BI said Ho is an undocumented alien who “posted risk to public safety and security being a fugitive from justice for violation of ‘The Narcotics Control Act of Korea.'”
