A Filipina was rushed to the hospital after she was knocked by a falling concrete in Hong Kong’s North Point.
According to Asia Times, which cited Apple Daily and Oriental Daily, the woman was queuing in front of a bakery at Wharf Road on Wednesday when she was hit by the square concrete piece, which measured one foot on each side. It landed on her head and shoulder, which led to her bleeding.
The concrete piece was reported to be part of the Yen Po Court, a three-decade-old establishment in the city’s district.
Although the Filipina remained conscious, paramedics administered first aid before taking her to the hospital.
