Inquirer posted this online poll on Facebook last Monday concerning with the President’s foreign trips.

Majority or 63 percent of those who responded to the survey picked the option “Yes, worth it,” while only 37 percent answered, “No, not with it.”
The results of the Facebook poll contradicted the outcome of the same survey posted on Twitter.
In the Twitter poll, majority or 55 percent of 1,723 respondents believed that Duterte’s 21 trips to 17 countries were not worth it while 45 percent said it was worth it.

The Philippine Daily Inquirer reported over the weekend that Duterte has made 21 foreign trips, making him the most traveled President in his first year in office.
The report pointed out that before the 1986 Edsa People Power’s Revolution, President Diosdado Macapagal, who made four trips, had the most number of foreign trips by a President on his first year in office.
The late President Cory Aquino also had four trips while former Presidents Fidel Ramos, Joseph Estrada and President Benigno Aquino III had each eight foreign trips. Former President and now Pampanga Representative Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo had 11. Maila Ager/JPV
