The victims of the reported suicide bombing were attending a concert of American pop singer Ariana Grande. Witnesses said the crowd was on its way out of the arena when a “massive explosion” happened.

The DFA said the nationalities of the victims have not yet been available but that the Philippine Embassy in London initially reported that no Filipino has been injured.

“The Embassy continues to closely monitor the situation,” it said.
