Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello recalled five labor attaches from the Middle East and Taiwan apparently over inaction on overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) issues and concerns.
The labor attaches who were instructed to report to the home office for consultation were Ophelia Almenario of Abu Dhabi; David Des Dicang of Qatar; Rodolfo Gabasan of Israel; Nasser Mustafa of Oman; and Nasser Munder of Taichung.
