PDEA nabs HK national, 2 others in Baguio drug bust

BAGUIO CITY — A Hong Kong national and two other suspects were arrested in a drug bust on Wednesday afternoon (Feb. 8) here, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency said.
Joemar Roblas Cañaveral, 39, who carries a Hong Kong passport, was caught with John Daryl Villanueva, 30, and Clint Joseph Macachor, 28, after they sold two sachets of suspected shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) to a PDEA agent.
The drug bust took place on Malvar Street in Aurora Hill. Cañaveral is a resident of Graham Street in Central Hong Kong, according to PDEA. The three men have been jailed pending drug charges. SFM
