Eight possible government-to-government agreements are so far targeted to be signed on Thursday:
- Agreement on Economic and Technical Cooperation between the Philippines and China, to be signed by Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez III
- Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Strengthening Philippine-China Trade, Economic and Investment Cooperation between the Department of Trade and Industry and China’s Ministry of Commerce, to be signed by Trade Secretary Ramon Lopez
- MOU on the Conduct of Feasibility Studies between the Philippines and China, represented by China’s Ministry of Commerce and Philippines’ Secretary of Finance
- MOU between the National Economic and Development Authority (Neda) and the Chinese Ministry of Commerce on the formulation of the development program on economic cooperation, to be signed by Neda Director General Ernesto Pernia
- MOU on Financing Cooperation between the Philippines and China, which will be respectively represented by the Secretary of Finance and Export-Import Bank of China;
- MOU between Neda and China’s National Development and Reform Commission for developing cooperation on production capacity and investment
- Implementation program on the MOU on Tourism Cooperation between the Department of Tourism and the China National Tourism Administration, to be signed by Tourism Secretary Wanda Corazon Teo
- Protocol on Cooperation between the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and China’s Narcotics Control Bureau
