At least five Malaysian sailors have gone missing and believed to be abducted off Tawi-Tawi, a Palace official said on Tuesday.

Presidential peace adviser Jesus Dureza said Malaysian authorities have found a running tugboat but was unmanned at the vicinity off Lahad Datu in Sabah bordering Tawi-Tawi.
The missing Malaysians sailors were identified as Abdurahim Bin Summas, Tayudin Anjut, Mohammad Ridzuan Bin Ismael, Mohammad Jumadil Bin Rahim and Fandy Bin Bakran.
The alleged abducted Malaysians were onboard T/B Serudong 3w while travelling from Sandakan to Semporna.
Dureza said the government has yet to verify the abductors. TVJ
