Lesbian Filipino helper accused of molesting boy in HK
A Filipino domestic helper in Hong Kong has been accused of molesting an 8-year-old boy under her care multiple times in a span of three years, according to a report by the South China Morning Post.
The report said the 45-year-old Filipino woman, who was not named supposedly due to legal reasons, pleaded not guilty to three counts of indecent assault, including alleged acts of penetrative sex.
The woman on Wednesday testified that she was a lesbian and had two girlfriends since coming to Hong Kong in 2001.
The Filipino was quoted as saying that she had “no idea” where the allegations came from, noting that the boy was a “freak” sometimes and “had lots of imagination.”
The report said the court first heard the case after an incident in 2011, when the woman told the boy that she would no longer look after him. When the boy urged her not to leave, the Filipino worker reportedly “dragged him to his room, took off his pants, and molested him.” YG/RC
