PH lights up in solidarity with Paris, rest of the world

The country’s Rizal Monument in Rizal Park lights up in French national colors in a display of support for France and unity with the rest of the world following recent events in Paris. The Rizal Monument stands as a visual icon of the Philippines proud heritage and is as a major tourist attraction in the City of Manila.

The inaugural lighting ceremony was held in the evening of 16 November 2015. Viewers will continue to witness the special lighting display everyday until 20 November 2015, with the following schedule: 6PM, 7PM, 8PM, and 9PM.
