A Singaporean national allegedly lost P300,000 from a snatcher just outside a money changer in Adriatico street in Ermita, Manila Sunday dawn.

Amaritpal Singh, 38, told investigators of the Manila Police District-General Assignments and Investigation Section that an unidentified snatcher took his bag containing the money he had just exchanged from dollar to peso currency outside the Shaheena Money Changer around 1:55 a.m.

Singh, in his blotter report, said he tried to run after the robber but failed to recover his belongings.

Police will conduct further investigation regarding the veracity of the report.
