SAN JOSE, California – Police arrested a Filipino businessman-resident of San Jose for alleged sexual battery of a teenage male fashion model Friday, August 28.
Roger Francisco, 39, on Friday evening met with the unidentified male victim in a business establishment owned by Francisco on West Santa Clara Street, to discuss modeling opportunities.
Francisco owns Designers and Fashion Guild USA, Bay Area Fashion Week and California International Fashion Week.
During the meeting, Francisco allegedly committed sexual battery. Officers were called to the location and arrested Francisco. He was later released on bail.
