Young Fil-Am leaders to brainstorm at national summit in New York
NEW YORK CITY – Young Filipino American activists and achievers will gather in this city for a series of activities in June and map out development strategies for their communities and the Philippines.
Delegates of the Filipino American Young Leaders Program (FYLPRO) are flying in from around the U.S. to support the following events in New York City for their annual leadership summit:
Friday, 5 June – Evening Networking Fil-Am Young Leaders Networking Reception partnering with UniPro;
Saturday, 6 June – UniPro hosts Summit 2015: Recognize! at Hotel Pennsylvania; Sunday, 7 June – 2015 Philippine Independence Day Parade.
Among this year’s FYLPRO sponsors and partners are Philippine Airlines, Philippine Inquirer, US-Philippine Society and TLC Beatrice.

Cuisia in cooperation with the Ayala Foundation Inc. to identify annually ten outstanding young professionals in the Filipino communities across the United States as FYLPRO delegates.
The leadership immersion in the Philippines provides the delegates with insights on community, business and government and access to a network of industrialists and government officials.
