THE Bureau of Immigration (BI) has detained the Thai national who made racists remarks against Filipinos pending his deportation.
Immigration Chief Fred Mison said Wednesday Prasertsri Kosin known to netizens as Koko Narak appeared before the BI office in Intramuros and opted for voluntary deportation.
“The subject national, upon receiving the charge sheet from our Legal Division, surrendered himself to the Bureau and opted for voluntary deportation. He was supposedly terminated by his employer and has been receiving threats,” Mison said.

Mison said Kosin is “quarantined” in their warden facility inside Camp Bagong Diwa in Bicutan, Taguig while they are processing the documents for his deportation.
“We cannot tolerate or allow abusive and foul language, especially coming from foreigners as against our people,” Mison said.
Kosin gained notoriety in the social media community in recent weeks for his racially-offensive comments on his Facebook where he tagged Filipinos as “pignoys,” “stupid creatures,” “low-class slum slaves” and “useless race in this world.”
Immigration records showed that he is working under a special non-immigrant visa based on Section 47(a)(2) of the Philippine Immigration Act.
After his deportation, he will be included in the BI’s blacklist, barring re-entry into the country. AC
