MANILA, Philippines—Filipino peacekeepers from Ebola-stricken Liberia arrived at Villamor Airbase via UTAir at about 5 p.m. on Wednesday.

Four buses will transport them to Sangley Point where a sea vessel will bring them to Caballo Island near Corregidor for a 21-day quarantine.

There are 133 peacekeepers returning home from the chartered flight, 108 are from the Armed Forces of the Philippines, 24 from the Philippine National Police and 1 from the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology.

All have passed the Ebola screening test and have been declared “No risk” by the UN, a requirement before the repatriation of the peacekeepers.
