DZIQ: Vice President Jejomar Binay is anti-illegal recruitment czar

MANILA, Philippines – President Benigno Aquino III has named Vice President Jejomar Binay as the anti-illegal recruitment czar, according to a report on Radyo Inquirer.

Under Executive Order no. 41, which Aquino signed, the reactivated presidential task force against illegal recruitment would have Binay as chairman and Labor Secretary Rosalinda Baldoz as vice chairman, the report said.

Its members are: Foreign Secretary Albert del Rosario, Local Government Secretary Jesse Robredo, Administrator of Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), Carlos S. Cao, Jr.; Commissioner Marcelino C. Libanan of Bureau of Immigration, Prosecutor General Claro Arellano of the Department of Justice, The Director Magtanggol B. Gatdula of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Chief Superintendent Samuel Pagdilao of the PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group, and General Manager of Manila International Airport Authority, Jose Angel A. Honrado.
