First ‘Dancing for Your Health’ event in San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO — AARP is partnering with the West Bay Filipino Multi-Services, Inc. and the University of Philippines Alumni Association to host its first “Dancing for Your Health” Event in the Bay Area.

“Dancing for Your Health is a healthy way to celebrate our culture and usher in Philippine History Month,” said Gabby Moraleda, UPAASF Board Member.

WHERE: Fort McKinley Restaurant, 101 Brentwood Drive, South San Francisco CA 94080

WHEN: Saturday, September 20, 2014 Time: 2 – 5 p.m.

WHY: Throughout the summer, AARP has been engaging the Filipino community through fun and educational events in Daly City and San Francisco area to raise awareness of our resources and information on health and wellness.

Our community partners include: University of Philippines, Alumni Association; San Francisco UPAA and Philippine Nurse Association-Nor Cal.
