Foreigners who allegedly helped Alice Guo, cohorts abroad revealed

MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Sherwin Gatchalian revealed on Thursday the names of foreign individuals who allegedly facilitated Alice Guo and her cohorts’ movement Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore after they fled the Philippines in July.
In a press conference, Gatchalian cited reports and named three individuals believed to have facilitated the former Bamban mayor’s movements abroad.
“May nakita rin ako na report na galing sa Indonesia na si Duanren Wu is part of those people na tumulong sa grupong ito na tumakas,” said Gatchalian.
(I saw a report from Indonesia that Duanren Wu is part of those people who helped the group escape.)

Gatchalian was later asked to disclose the names of all individuals who assisted Guo and her associates, Shiela, Wesley, and Cassandra.
“Sa pagkakaalam ko si Duanren ang isa sa mga active personalities doon sa movement nila sa Malaysia, Indonesia, at Singapore. Si Huang Ziyang ‘yung isa tapos meron pang isa si Zhang Jie who is the President of Lucky South 99,” said Gatchalian.

(As far as I know, Duanren is one of the active personalities in their movement to Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore. Huang Ziyang is the other one while the last one is Zhang Jie, president of Lucky South 99.)
According to Gatchalian, the three individuals helped Guo and others book hotels and specifically “facilitated” their travels.
“Nag book ng hotel, nag facilitate ng travels, may mga contact on the ground. Interestingly, doon sa video, ‘yung pag raid pagkuha kay Guo Hua Ping, may mga narinig ako sa background, may mga Chinese na nagsasalita eh,” said Gatchalian.

“Hindi Indonesian, mga Chinese. So obviously, ang contact din ni Guo Hua Ping doon mga Chinese rin, so ‘yun ang network niya,” he added.

It is, however, still unclear if these three individuals also helped Guo escape Philippine jurisdiction. Earlier, the dismissed Bamban mayor said she was able to flee the Philippines last July with the help of just one foreigner.
No further details have been disclosed about the identity of this foreign individual, except for the following: he is the boss of all bosses of Pogos in the Philippines, of Chinese nationality, and holds passports from Saint Kitts and Nevis, China, Cyprus, Dominica, and Cambodia.
