Aquino discusses sea dispute in bilateral talks with APEC heads of state

Jardeleza didn’t betray PH’s cause for West Philippine Sea — SC

Justice Francis Jardeleza did not commit disloyalty nor betray the country due to his position on the West Philippine Sea dispute, according to the majority of Supreme Court justices who earlier ordered his re-inclusion in the Judicial and Bar Council’s shortlist of nominees to the vacancy in high tribunal last month.

DFA priority: Peace in disputed sea
