Switzerland: Peace deal is ‘momentous milestone’

A self-proclaimed “Satanist” Filipina nurse has been fined $1,300 by a Swiss court after posting photographs on her Facebook account showing her posing with the dead and dying pensioners in a nursing home in Saint Gallen, Switzerland, where she is employed.

France blacklists Philippines, 16 other countries for handling foreign aid
