South African woman caught with 2 kg of shabu charged

A South African woman, who was arrested last week by agents of the National Bureau of Investigation, was charged in a Manila regional trial court with illegal transport of more than two kilograms of “shabu” (methamphetamine hydrochloride).

Malaysian held by Abu Sayyaf for almost 2 years back in Sabah

Putrajaya, the federal administrative center of Malaysia, has denied claims of abuses by Malaysian policemen in Sabah as of Monday as the state’s police commissioner struggled to deny that Filipinos were being killed on the streets or had been brutally handled.
