NBI summons Pagadian mayor over scam

The National Bureau of Investigation has issued a subpoena against Pagadian City Mayor Samuel Sy Co and his wife, Priscilla Ann, based on the syndicated estafa complaints filed by three of their alleged investors, a source from the bureau said.
