3 missing divers found alive in Masbate

The three divers, who failed to surface eight hours after they went down in the waters off Donsol town in Sorsogon, were found alive in Masbate Sunday evening, the police said on Monday.

Still no word on missing Magsaysay Awardee in Laos

Six days after he was reported missing in Laos, there is still no news as to the whereabouts of Magsaysay laureate and Laotian social activist Sombath Somphone.

Jordanian journalist, 2 Filipino ‘hostages’ seen in Sulu rebel camps

No rescue operation yet for missing Arab journalist

There will be no search and rescue operations for Middle Eastern journalist Baker Abdulla Atyani and his two Filipino crewmembers for now as police consider them to be “just missing.”

Missing Filipina in Thailand found

A Filipina who went missing in Thailand has been found, the Philippine Embassy in Thailand reported. Kristine Enriquez Salvador, 25, is now safely reunited with her family, Vice-Consul Edgar Badajos said in a statement released Wednesday.

Philippines to deploy seaplane to find missing Vietnamese ship

The Philippine Coast Guard will send one of its seaplanes to scour the waters off Northern Luzon Wednesday to locate a Vietnamese cargo ship, which has been missing since Christmas Day.
