The Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) is preparing a contingency plan in anticipation of another massive exodus from Malaysia after Kuala Lumpur’s deportation warning involving nearly a million undocumented migrants, more than half of them Muslim Filipinos.
