MANILA, Philippines -- An Indian businessman was abducted by still unidentified men in Bulacan province Sunday, a police report said on Monday.
Setaspal Singh, 55, was snatched in Marilao town around 9:45 a.m. Saturday, a report from the National Operations Center at Camp Crame said.
Initial investigation showed Singh was about to collect the loan payment of a local bakery when five unidentified men alighted from a van with license plate WKC-201 and dragged him inside the vehicle, which then sped off towards Mac Arthur Hi-way.
