THE 2009 MS Motosuit Motcross Series promises another slam-bang action when its 16th leg dubbed the Mayor Patrick P. Barcenas Motocross Cup unfurls today at the Ramona Sports & Recreation Center in barangay Liboron, Carcar City.
The race, one of the highlights of the barangay's fiesta celebration in honor of its patron saint St. Catherine of Alexandria, is considered as the biggest competition of this year's series following the tie-up of the MS Motosuit of Lou Ornopia and SEL-J Sports of Jay Lacnit, organizer of the Philippine National Motocross Series.
Lacnit is also the president and general manager of the SEL-J Pharma Corp.

Also present during the affair were Carlos Macasarte, president of Motormate, Pepo Rubi of Quickflight, Gary Magdamit and Noel Fortin also from SEL-J.
?This partnership makes this race even more exciting. SEL-J will be bringing its riders from Luzon to go up against our Cebuano riders,? said Ornopia, a former awardee of the Sportswriters Association of Cebu.
