CEBU CITY SPORTS Center (CCSC) amateur boxers logged five wins to emerge overall champion in the Paboksing sa Barangay in Duljo Fatima, Cebu City last Thursday at the Duljo Fatima Sports Complex.
Leading the list of winners for CCSC was Iran Boyose, who defeated Jay-ar Munilar of Losamba Stables in the 22kg division.
Ardie Boyose grabbed the second win for CCSC in the 41kg weight class after he won against Losamba's Elmar Pulvera.
Ramjess Colina clinched CCSC's third win after he defeated Juvan Munoz in their 51kg fight while Clifford Loreto logged CCSC's fourth win after he won over Roldan Bereso also in the 51kg division .
Zorro Mabel earned CCSC?s fifth win after he beat Tonton Sultan of the Omega Stables also in the 51kg division.
Other winners were CD Noblefrance of the Talisay Stable, Sanai Stable?s Margarito Moya, Bogo City Stable's Eric Mahusay, Junar Alburo also from the Bogo Stable, Jahleel Payao of the Omega Stable and Romeo Orpanel of the Omega Stable.
The amatuer boxing tournament is part of the ongoing program of the Cebu City government's amatuer boxing developmental program 2009, which is headed by Cebu City Mayor Mayor Tomas Osmeña.
