Gusty winds were felt yesterday in Cebu but weathermen said it was just signs of a low pressure area 220 kilometers east of Mindanao.
Cloudy skies and rain showers will be experienced over the weekend, said Boy Artiega of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) office in Mactan.
The low pressure area started forming last Tuesday.
