MANILA, Philippines? When the time comes to ponder whether to hang up his gloves, pursue politics, or go into show biz after his historic ring feat, Manny ?Pacman? Pacquiao would do well to listen to his heart?s desire.

Malacañang on Monday gave this piece of unsolicited advice to the champ as it worked out preparations for a hero?s welcome for the man it said deserved to be in the Guinness World Records.

After snatching his seventh world title, Pacquiao has nothing else to prove, said presidential economic spokesperson Gary Olivar.

?His coach said he still has two good fights left, including one with Floyd Mayweather Jr. That seems to be the popular consensus. But we respect whatever decision he will make,? Olivar said.

Olivar and deputy presidential spokesperson Anthony Golez stopped short of telling Pacquiao to retire and instead pursue a political or show biz career.

?Follow your heart,? Golez said when asked what advice would Malacañang give Pacquiao.

Golez said it would be a cinch for Pacquiao to land in the Guinness record book.
